Lunatica è un viaggio online, puoi scegliere se esserci per 1, 2, 3 o 4 tappe, per
riconoscere le diverse fasi della vita e dell'anno, e non sentirci sempre fuori sincrono
dare valore alle diverse parti di noi, alle emozioni che cambiano, ai momenti di vuoto e di pienezza per ritrovare creatività e slancio
imparare a non combattere ciò che sentiamo, ma ascoltarlo, smettendo di giudicarci
Non per diventare “migliori”, ma sempre più autenticamente noi stessi ed espandere il nostro spazio di Vita.
Scopriremo cos'è la nostra "Luna di Nascita" e come trasformarla in un superpotere, per passare da "vorrei" a "sono pronta!"

Lunatica is an online journey; you can choose to be there for 1, 2, 3, or 4 stages, to
recognize the different phases of life and the year, and not always feel out of sync
value the different parts of ourselves, the changing emotions, the moments of emptiness and fullness to rediscover creativity and momentum
learn not to fight what we feel, but to listen to it, stopping judging ourselves
Not to become "better," but more authentically ourselves and expand our life space.
